RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you love your purchased product as much as we do, however if you are unhappy with your item or it has arrived damaged, please follow the instructions below:

Returns:

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at vanwoodburyproject@gmail.com with your name, order number & reason for returning the item

We will need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and the item must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.

Damaged items:

For any damaged items, please email us at vanwoodburyproject@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item with your name, order number & a photo of the damage.

We will then arrange collection from you. Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned.
